Consider the recipe for a traditional cake and a few original options.

Let’s start with the simplest and most common option, which is familiar to many. Baking turns out delicious and lush.

Ingredients:
flour – 4 tbsp .;
pressed yeast – 50 g;
eggs – 4 pcs .;
milk – 1 tbsp .;
sugar – 3/4 tbsp .;
vanilla sugar – 1 bag;
butter – 100 g;
olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
candied fruits and raisins.
Cooking
Heat the milk, but it should not be too hot. Add a spoonful of sugar and crush the yeast. Mix and leave for 10 min.
In another container, send the remaining plain and vanilla sugar, and more eggs. Add melted butter and olive oil. Stir well.
Mix the mixture and brew, and add the soaked raisins and candied fruits. It remains to stir in the flour so that a dough similar to thick cream is finally produced.
Lubricate the selected forms with oil and half fill them with dough. Cover them with towels and leave for an hour in a warm place to make the dough 3/4 of the height of the mold.

natural yogurt – 250 ml;
granulated sugar – 150 g;
vanilla sugar – 1 bag;

Cooking
Mix yoghurt with soda and leave for some time.
Combine the sifted flour with vanilla and regular sugar, and add nutmeg, candied fruits and melted chocolate. Stir well.
Combine the two masses and spread the dough into oiled forms. Bake an hour at a temperature of 180-200 ° C.

Chocolate cake
If you want to surprise your family with fragrant and very tasty pastries, then pay attention to this recipe, which will be enjoyed by the sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
flour – 450 g;
milk – 250 ml;
fresh yeast – 25 g;
granulated sugar – 100 g;
cocoa powder – 70 g;
butter – 50 g;
1 yolk;
raisins and candied fruits as desired.
Cooking
In a warm milk, add a spoonful of sugar and chopped yeast. Mix and leave for 10 min. in a warm place.
In another container, mix the sifted flour, cocoa, the remaining sugar, salt and, if desired, add a whisper of vanilla, but this is not necessary.
Melt the milk and pour it into the dry ingredients. There also send the yolk and brew. At the same stage raisins and candied fruits are added.
You need to knead the dough until it gathers into a single bowl, which you put in a greased bowl and leave for an hour.
Spread the dough into forms, filling 2/3 of the volume. Leave them for an hour and then bake for half an hour at 180 ° C. Chill the cakes should be on the side. It will remain to decorate them in any way.

Carrot cake
Thanks to the use of carrots in the recipe, Easter becomes not only original in taste, but also useful.

Ingredients:
flour – 2 tbsp .;
fresh yeast – 50 g;
carrots – 3 pcs .;
eggs – 4-5 pieces;
butter – 200 g;
milk – 1 tbsp .;
water – 1 tbsp .;
granulated sugar – 150 g;
salt.
Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, and add sugar. Insist for an hour, and then put the flour in the finished brew, kneading the dough. Cover it with a towel and put in a warm place.
Peel and dice the carrots. Cook it in water with butter. After that, drain the liquid and chop the vegetable with a fork or blender until mashed. Add the rest warm milk, butter, granulated sugar, a little salt and eggs. It is important that the mass is homogeneous.
The carrot mixture should be mixed into the dough, and then the ready-made dough should be decomposed into 1/3 prepared forms. Leave it to rise for 20 minutes. and brush the egg on top. Baking duration – 50-60 minutes. at a temperature of 200 ° C.
