1. Banana Chips

However, does everyone know how these chips are made? Banana slices are fried. Each serving of this healthy dish contains more than 10 g of fat, which is reflected in the level of cholesterol. The best option is to simply eat a whole fresh banana.

2. Tuna Sushi
This example shows how critical healthy food is in large quantities. Tuna sushi has an almost raw form, which is why it is distinguished by a small number of calories.

6. Sports drinks

But sports drinks do not contain nutrients. In addition to sugar, they are full of preservatives. This was the reason for the prohibition of their use in Europe and Asia. So, it is better to look for a good alternative to such drinks.
